TERMS & CONDITIONS –ON-PACK PRIZE PROMOTION.
These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the Terms and Conditions. Please retain a copy for your information.
1. THE PROMOTER
KP Snacks Limited, Fifth Floor, The Urban Building, 3-9 Albert Street, Slough, SL1 2BE.
2. ELIGIBILITY
This prize draw (the “Promotion”) is open to UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) residents aged 18 years or over at the time of entry only excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, the Promoter’s agents, third parties or any other person professionally connected with the Promotion. The Promotion is not open to residents in Republic of Ireland, the Isle of Man, or the Channel Islands.
3. Internet access required to enter. The Promoter will not be liable for any internet or mobile connection, or other charges incurred in entering the Promotion.
4. No purchase necessary.
5. This Promotion features across 8 of the Promoter’s brands (KP Nuts, Skips, Hula Hoops, Pom-Bear, Popchips, Butterkist, Tyrrells, McCoy’s) with one shared prize pool as set out in these Terms and Conditions.
6. THE PROMOTIONAL PERIODS
a. The “Main Promotion Period” will begin at 00:00 on Monday 29th April 2024 (the “Opening Date”) and will end at 23:59 on Sunday 18th August 2024 (the “Main Promotion Period Closing Date”).
b. There is one prize draw per day as set out below at paragraph 9a (“Daily Draw”) within the Main Promotion Period. Each “Daily Draw Promotion Period” opens at 00:00 (“Daily Opening Time”) and closes at 23:59 (“Daily Closing Time”).
c. All entrants who enter during the Main Promotion Period will also be automatically entered once into the “Grand Draw”. The Grand Draw will take place within the week commencing 19th August 2024 in accordance with paragraph 10b. Participants can opt out of the Grand Draw by emailing help@kpcricket.co.uk in accordance with paragraph 10f.
d. The “Late Entry Draw” is for all entries received during the “Late Entry Promotion Period” being between 00:00 on Monday 19th August 2024 and 23:59 Sunday 10th November 2024 (the “Late Entry Draw Closing Date”). All entries received after the Late Entry Draw Closing Date will be disqualified. Entries during the Late Entry Promotion Period are not eligible for entry into the Grand Draw.
7. HOW TO ENTER:
a. Go to everyonein.co.uk/win
b. Enter your full name, residential address, valid email address and phone number.
c. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person per day. For the avoidance of doubt, only one entry per person per day will be accepted, and a person can use only one name, address, email address and phone number to enter once per day during each Daily Draw Promotion Period, or once during the Late Entry Promotion Period.
d. Any entrant or household using multiple email addresses, multiple postal addresses, phone numbers or multiple names to access the Promotion will be disqualified and any prize will be void. The Promoter reserves the right to determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, whether a participant or household has already submitted an entry (or won a prize) and to disqualify any subsequent entries or prize claims.
e. Entrants must have internet access to enter the Promotion. The entrant is reminded to get the owner's permission before using a computer, device and/or internet-access which is not owned or paid for by the entrant to enter the Promotion. The Promoter will not be liable for any internet, or mobile connection, or other charges incurred in entering the Promotion.
f. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery or receipt of entry. Incomplete, illegal, misdirected or entries received outside of the applicable Promotion Period will not be accepted, and you will not be entered into the Promotion.
g. No third party or bulk entries. Do not enter on behalf of another person. Entries via third parties, consumer groups or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter that any entrant or the entrant’s household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data, using identities other than their own, using any other automated means in order to increase that entrant's entries, or otherwise acting dishonestly, fraudulently or otherwise in violation of these terms, such entrant will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void.
h. Proof of purchase will not be accepted as proof of entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are incomplete, lost due to technical reasons, corrupted, delayed or not received for whatsoever reason.
8. THE MAIN PROMOTION PRIZES
a. There are 11 prizes to be won per Daily Draw during the Main Promotion Period (each a “MP Prize”) being 1,232 MP Prizes in total. In each Daily Draw the following MP Prizes will be available to win:
i. 1x £100 cash prize.
ii. 2x £65 The Hundred Store e-voucher prizes.
Each e-voucher is valid until 20th August 2025 and can only be redeemed at https://shop.thehundred.com/
iii. 8x cricket set prizes (consisting of a plastic cricket bat, ball, wicket and case).
9. MAIN PROMOTION WINNER SELECTION
a. For each Daily Draw, 11 entrants will be drawn by a random computer generator from all eligible entries received within the relevant Daily Draw Promotion Period. For each Daily draw:
i. The first entrant selected will win the £100 cash prize; then
ii. the second and third entrant drawn will each win a £65 The Hundred store e-voucher; and then
iii. eight entrants selected will each win a cricket set.
(the “MP Winners")
b. Each Daily Draw will take place within 28 working days of the relevant Daily Closing Time.
c. A household can win a maximum of one of each MP Prize. So by way of example only, a household could win a maximum of 1x £100 cash prize in one Daily Draw then 1x £65 The Hundred store e-voucher in another Daily Draw and then a cricket set in a third Daily Draw.
d. Daily Draw entries received in a Daily Draw Promotion Period will not be carried over to the next Daily Draw, separate entries will be required from an entrant.
10. GRAND PRIZE DRAW DETAILS & WINNER SELECTION
a. The Grand Draw prize is £10,000 cash (“GD Prize”) and in accordance with the automatic entry procedure set out at paragraph 6c only one entrant who enters during the Main Promotion Period will win the GD Prize notwithstanding how many entries are made by that entrant. The GD Prize will only be paid via cheque payable in the winner’s name or by bank transfer to a UK Sterling bank account in the winner’s name only in accordance with paragraph 10c.
b. Within the week commencing 19 August 2024 a winner of the GD Prize will be drawn by a random computer generator from all eligible entries received within Main Promotion Period (the “GD Winner”)
c. The GD Winner will be notified using the details provided on entry, within 14 days of the Grand Draw and will have 14 days in which to claim the GD Prize and provide their details required to make the transfer of the GD Prize in accordance with paragraph 10a (the “Claim Period”). If the GD Winner does not claim the GD Prize within the first 7 days of the Claim Period, another notification will be sent. If the GD Winner does not claim the GD Prize within the remaining 7 days of the Claim Period, the GD Prize will be withdrawn and awarded to a new winner drawn at the same time as the original in accordance with this paragraph 10 and a new claim period of 14 days will recommence in accordance with this paragraph 10c. For the avoidance of doubt the GD Prize will not be deemed claimed if the GD Winner does not provide their details required to make the transfer of the cash prize in accordance with paragraph 10a.
d. The Grand Prize will be paid into the winner’s UK bank account within 14 working days of the provision of their transfer details in accordance with paragraph 10c.
e. Entrants will only be entered once into the Grand Draw regardless of the number of individual entries made during the Main Promotion Period.
f. Participants can opt out of the Grand Draw by emailing help@kpcricket.co.uk by 23:59 on 18th August 2024.
11. LATE ENTRY DRAW DETAILS & WINNER SELECTION
a. There are 18 prizes available to win within the Late Entry Draw. These are:
i. 3x £100 cash prize.
ii. 5x £65 The Hundred Store e-voucher prizes.
Each e-voucher is valid until 20th August 2025 and can only be redeemed at https://shop.thehundred.com/
iii. 10x cricket set prizes (consisting of a plastic cricket bat, ball, wicket and case)
(each a “LD Prize”)
b. 18 entrants will be drawn by a random computer generator from all eligible entries received within the Late Entry Promotion Period and the LD Prizes will be allocated as follows:
i. The first 3 entrants selected will each win a £100 cash prize; then
ii. the next 5 entrants drawn will each win a £65 The Hundred store e-voucher; and then
iii. 10 entrants selected will each win a cricket set.
(the “LD Winners")
c. Only one entry per person and only one Late Draw Prize per household in accordance with paragraph 7c
12. WINNER VERIFICATION AND PRIZE FULFILMENT FOR ALL WINNERS
a. All MP Winners and LD Winners will be contacted within 28 working days of the relevant Daily Draw Closing Date or Late Entry Draw Closing Date via the email address provided at the point of entry.
b. Each MP Winner and LD Winner has 14 days from the date the email was sent in accordance with paragraph 12a, in which to claim their prize. If a MP Winner or LD Winner does not claim their prize within the first 7 days, another email will be sent. If a MP Winner or LD Winner does not claim their prize within a further 7 days, the relevant prize will be withdrawn and awarded to a new winner drawn at the same time as the original relevant winner. In respect of the £100 cash prizes these will not be deemed claimed if the relevant winner does not provide their details required to make the transfer of the cash prize in accordance with paragraph 12c.
c. The £100 cash prizes will only be sent within 14 working days of prize claim in accordance with paragraph 12b, either (i) via cheque to the address and in the winner’s name supplied at the point of entry; or (ii) via bank transfer to a UK Sterling bank account in the winner’s name.
d. The Hundred Shop e-voucher prizes will be sent via email to the email address used at the point of entry within 14 working days of prize claim in accordance with paragraph 12b.
e. The New Balance cricket sets will be to the postal address used at the point of entry within 45 working days of prize claim in accordance with paragraph 12b.
f. The MP Winners, the GD Winner and the LD Winners (including any substituted winners allocated prizes in accordance with these Terms and Conditions shall be the “Winners”) The Promoter reserves the right to verify all Winners including requesting proof of name, age and address and to request ID. The Promoter may withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
g. It is the responsibility of the entrant to provide their correct, up-to-date details when entering the Promotion and/or confirming acceptance of any prize in order for their prize to be processed. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entrants or Winners failing to supply accurate information which affects any acceptance and/or delivery of any prize.
h. The Promoter reserves the right to replace any prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.
i. All prizes are non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
j. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility in the event a Winner is not able to take their prize.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter and its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate entrants for any losses that may be incurred as a result of entering the Promotion and the Promoter does not accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of a winner’s acceptance of a prize except where such damage or loss is caused by the negligence of the Promoter or its agents.
14. PUBLICITY AND DATA PROTECTION
a. Any personal information that entrants share with the Promoter will be kept secure and only used in line with these Terms and Conditions and the Promoter’s privacy policy. By entering the promotion, entrants agree that their information may be used by the Promoter to administer the promotion. Entrants' personal data will be used and will be held in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy, which is available here: https://everyonein.co.uk/privacypolicy
b. The surname and county of the Winners will be made available to anyone who requests it by emailing winnerlist@kpcricket.co.uk within 1 month of the Late Entry Draw Closing Date. Winners may request their surname and county are not published in the event they win by emailing winnerlist@kpcricket.co.uk before the Late Entry Draw Closing Date save that disclosure to regulatory authorities may still be required.
c. Winners may be asked to take part in reasonable publicity without payment. Such publicity may include, without limitation, using a winner’s name and, if relevant, their image and any statements made by them concerning the Promotion and the prizes won as part of the Promotion. The Promoter will not use an entrant’s personal data for publicity purposes without the entrant’s consent. This does not prevent the Promoter from disclosing the winner’s surname and county of residence in accordance with paragraph 14b of these Terms and Conditions.
15. GENERAL
a. Promoter’s decision is final and binding in relation to all matters relating to the Promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
b. By entering this Promotion an entrant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
c. Instructions provided at the point of entry form part of the Terms and Conditions of this Promotion. In the event of a conflict, these Terms and Conditions take precedence.
d. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to eliminate or disqualify any entries or entrants that it regards as being in breach of these Terms and Conditions or the spirit of the Promotion. Those who try to circumvent the entry process and/or entry instructions by any method, will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
e. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, withdraw, terminate or temporarily suspend this Promotion in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical reason outside its reasonable control, with no liability to any entrants or third parties but will use all reasonable endeavours to avoid consumer disappointment. Such circumstances include, but are not limited to industrial action, civil unrest, fire, flood, storms, earthquakes, acts of terrorism, acts of war, governmental action or any other event that is beyond the control of the Promoter.
f. The Promoter takes no responsibility for entries that are delayed, incomplete or lost due to technical reasons or otherwise.
g. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for system errors or other issues that may result in disruption to winner notifications or prizes. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and the parties irrevocably submit to the courts of England and Wales which shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute concerning them.

How often can I enter the prize promotion?
You can enter once a day. Only one entry per day per person will be accepted.
I do not live in the UK; can I still enter?
Sorry, but if you do not live in the UK, you cannot enter the promotion. It is running in the UK, so only open to people living in England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland.
Why do you need my address and email details?
If you are a lucky winner, we will contact you via the email address that you provided with further details of how to claim your prize. We can only send and receive emails to and from the address given at the point of entry.
If you are a New Balance cricket set winner, we will send your prize to the postal address that you used to enter the promotion. If you are a The Hundred e-voucher winner, we will send your prize to the email address that you used to enter the promotion.
Please be careful when entering your contact details and make sure they are correct. The last thing you want when you win is to have your prize delayed!
What happens to the details I provide?

How are the prizes won during the Main Promotion?

How many times can I win?
A household can only win one of each daily prize during the Main Promotion and once in total in the Late Entry Promotion. As an example only, a household could win a maximum of 1x £100 cash prize in one Daily Draw, then 1x £65 The Hundred store e-voucher in another Daily Draw and then a cricket set in a third Daily Draw.
A household can win one further prize in the Late Promotion.
The Grand Prize can be won by anyone regardless of other prizes that have been awarded.
What are the next steps if I receive a winning email?
If you are a Main Promotion or Late Entry winner, you will first need to claim your prize by replying to the notification email within 14 days.
Cricket bat and ball winners will not need to provide any further details after their claim. We'll send your prize to the address provided at the point of entry.
The Hundred Store e-voucher winners will not need to provide any further details after their claim. We will email your prize to the email address provided at the point of entry.
All cash prize winners and the Grand Prize Draw winner will be required when they claim their prize to confirm how they would like to receive it – either by cheque to the address and in the winner's name, supplied at the point of entry; or via bank transfer to a UK Sterling bank account in the winner's name.
If I am a winner, when will I receive my prize?
If you have won a cricket bat and ball set, we'll send your prize within 45 working days.
If you have won a The Hundred Store e-voucher, we'll email your prize within 14 working days of your claim.
If you have won a cash prize, or the Grand Prize, we'll send you a cheque, or transfer money into your bank account within 14 working days of receiving your payment details.

2. Entering a promotion on our Websites or through a telephone number referenced on our product
What is collected and how we use that information
If you decide to enter a competition through any of our Websites/by phone, you may be asked to provide some basic contact information (e.g. name, email address and telephone number) so that we may contact you if you are a winner in that competition. As part of entering into the competition you will be asked to consent to us processing your data in line with this notice. If you do not agree with the content of this notice you should not enter the competition.
Dependent on the type of competition you may also be asked to provide other personal information as part of the entry criteria (e.g. a photograph of yourself with one of our products). You must not submit any photos that contain images of other people unless you have that person's express consent. In entering the competition, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements of the competition (including any age restrictions). We may require you to provide proof of your eligibility. We reserve our right to disqualify you are found to be in breach of the competition terms and conditions.

3. Entering a promotion we run through our pages on various social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Twitter)
What is collected and how we use that information
If you decide to enter a competition through our page(s) on a social media platform you will, in entering the competition, provide your personal information in the form of your online profile and this notice will apply.
A link to this notice is contained on all our corporate social media pages.
Your act of entering the competition will show your consent to us (including any agency we appoint to administer the competition on our behalf) processing your online profile for the purpose of administering the competition.
If you are selected as a winner we will contact you through your online profile via direct personal messaging. At this stage, we may ask you for additional personal information so that we can administer your prize (e.g. contact name, address and email address). You are free to choose whether or not to give us this information. Any information you provide will show your consent to us processing that information for the purpose of administering your prize. If you do not provide this information we may be unable to distribute your prize. We will discuss this with you at the time.
If the competition involves the submission of a photograph containing your image, this is your personal information and will be processed in accordance with this notice. You must not submit any photos that contain images of other people unless you have that person's express consent. You will need to inform them of how that image will be used as set out in this notice and the terms and conditions of the competition.
Before entering a competition through a social media platform you should check the privacy notice of the platform to ensure you're comfortable with how they may also use your personal information.
In entering the competition, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements of the competition (including any age restrictions). We may require you to provide proof of your eligibility. We reserve our right to disqualify you if you are found to be in breach of the competition terms and conditions.

4. Filling in our online job application and the subsequent application process
What is collected and how we use that information
If you apply for a job through our Websites you will be asked to complete our online application form. This will ask for personal information about you (including your name, address (past and present), telephone number, email address, job history and qualifications). During the application process, through the online portal, you are able freely to delete your own profile and therefore the personal data you have submitted to us.
All of the information you provide during the application process will only be used for the purpose of processing your application (prior to possibly entering into an employment contract), or to fulfil legal requirements. This includes any information collected during the interview process, assessment days and personality testing.
We will not share any of this personal information for marketing purposes. The information you provide will be stored securely by us and our data processors. This captures data in both electronic and paper form.
We will use the contact information you provide to keep you up to date on the progress of your application. We will use the other information you provide to assess your suitability for the role you have applied for.
If we make a conditional offer of employment to you we may ask you to provide additional information so that we can carry out pre-employment checks (such as proof of ID, proof of qualifications and referee and health information).
Information about your health is a special category of data; we will only ask for it after a job offer has been made and we will need your express consent to process it.
If you're asked to provide referee contact information please ensure you firstly have the express consent of that individual to provide his/her contact information to us.
You may also be asked to provide evidence of your right to work in the UK and/or complete a Disclosure and Barring Service check.
How long we will keep it for
Your personal information will be held for the duration of the application process.
If successful, your personal information will be retained and held in line with our Transparency Statement for employees. You will receive a copy of this in your induction pack.
If unsuccessful but you consent to us keeping your data on file (in case any other opportunities arise which we feel may be of interest), it will be held for renewable periods of 12 months. Otherwise we will delete your data within 6 months of you being informed you have not been successful.
If successful, any of your special category data will be retained and held in line with our Transparency Statement for employees. You will receive a copy of this in your induction pack.
5. Corresponding with us (for example by email, phone or letter)
What is collected and how we use that information
When you contact us, any personal information you provide will be protected and kept confidential in the same way as we treat our own commercial information.
We will monitor any emails we receive (plus attachments) for any viruses or malicious software. We will promptly delete any email which is illegal or presents harm to us.
How long we will keep it for
We will keep a record of this correspondence for audit purposes for a period of up to 3 years.
6. Business contact information
What is collected and how we use that information
We will keep:
1. A record of business contacts of our customers, suppliers, advisers and agents and their contact information in order to manage our commercial relationship with that third party and perform contractual obligations (i.e. it is necessary for us to perform a contract ); and
2. A record of contacts from competent authorities and regulators linked to our industry, together with their contact information, in order to comply with a legal obligation.
We may send business contact information to third parties to nominate their business for an industry award or accreditation and/or to understand how we are performing. In this instance, we will only disclose personal information with the relevant person's prior consent. This is in our **legitimate interests ** and does not undermine your data rights.
How long we will keep it for
Up to 2 years from when we are notified that the contact in question no longer has a relationship with us.
(B) Information we collect about you and your device
Each time you visit our Websites we will automatically collect the following information:
1. Technical information, including your operating system, the browser you use (Device Information); and
2. Details of your use of our Websites including traffic data, the resources you use, where you have clicked through to our website from that of a third party, the domain name of the connecting website (Log Information)
What is collected and how we use that information
Some online identifiers (such as static IP addresses) are your personal information.
We collect Device Information so that we can ensure adequate technical support for our Websites and ensure they are functioning properly on all operating systems/browsers. We want to ensure the content of our Websites are being presented to you in the most appropriate way to ensure they are easy to use/navigate. We also need this information in order to allow you to participate in interactive features on the Websites where you chose to do so.
We collect Log Information so that we can better understand how our Websites are used and improve their functionality/content. We want to provide you with a customised service.
Your Device Information and Log Information will be combined with that of our other users and reported back to our advertisers in statistical form. It will not be possible to identify you from this aggregated information.
These activities are in our legitimate interests (i.e. we have a justifiable reason for processing your information in this way). We use cookies and pixel tags on our Websites:

( C ) Information we receive from third parties ("Third Party Information")
We work with third party service providers including: recruitment agencies, and agencies to run our competitions for us. We will notify you when we receive information about you from these third parties and the purposes for which we intend to use that information.

Agencies running our competitions:
We engage selected third party agencies to run competitions on our behalf (each an Agency for this notice). In this case, the Agency is the Data Controller/Controller of the personal data you provide to enter the competition. The Agency will only provide us with the name and contact information of competition winners. Where a competition is run through a social media platform (e.g. Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat or Instagram) you should check the privacy notice of the platform to ensure you're comfortable with how they may use your personal information before entering the competition.
We carefully select the third parties we work with to ensure they handle your personal information in line with our standards and those required by law.

Do I have to provide this information?
In most cases the personal information you provide to us in the table above is entirely voluntary. You are not under a statutory or contractual obligation to provide it to us. The only exceptions to this are:
1. Where you work for a company which has a contract with KP Snacks and you are involved in the performance of that contract/named as the relationship manager for that company. This is a contractual requirement. If you fail to provide your personal information your company may not be able to fulfil its contractual obligations to us; and
2. Where you apply for a job with KP and we have given you a conditional offer. Our offer may be conditional upon you providing evidence of your identity and/or your right to work in the UK. This is a legal requirement. If you fail to provide this personal information we may not be able to offer you employment.
Providing us with personal information of another person
If you need to provide us with personal information about another person you must obtain that individual's express consent to pass us their information. You should share this notice with those individual as it may also apply to them.
Marketing
We will not use your personal information to directly market our products and services to you.
If you send personal information to us indirectly through the third parties we work with (marketing agencies, recruitment agencies) these third parties will be in control of your personal information. You should check their privacy notices to ensure you're comfortable with their marketing activities and the marketing you have consented to.
Children
We appreciate that children may visit our Websites to learn more about our products. We take the protection of children's privacy very seriously.
We do not collect personal information about children. All our competitions are only eligible for individuals aged over 18. Where we establish that personal information relating to an individual under the age of 18 has been collected despite our best efforts we will cease to process that data except (where necessary) to notify the relevant parent or guardian of the processing that has been conducted.
We would encourage all parents and guardians to instruct their children in the safe and responsible use of personal data when using the internet.
Where we send your personal information
(i) Consumers of our products who contact us solely to report an issue with our products or our Websites: your personal information will only be shared with carefully selected IT providers whose systems we utilise for our core business processes and who provide us with IT support, and in very rare circumstances potentially with our insurers. Other than this, we do not share any personal information we receive from you with third parties.
(ii) In all other cases: we may share your personal information with:
1. Carefully selected third parties who provide a service to us to support our core operations, such as: processing our mail, communicating with consumers on our behalf (including via social media), running competitions and promotions, providing IT systems and administrative services and the development and improvement of internal systems and processes;
2. Competent authorities (statutory bodies, regulatory authorities, authorised bodies who have a role laid out by law);
3. Other organisations where we are legally obligated to disclose your personal information (such as requests made in the prevention and detection of crime) or where disclosure is necessary to protect the property, rights and safety of us and our staff;
4. Another company, if our business (or part) is purchased/taken over to ensure our products and services to you can be continually serviced or as part of discussions leading up to a sale/takeover;
5. Another company from whom we are looking to purchase assets, where the personal information is relevant to us assessing if those assets will improve our offering to customers and/or our business processes;
6. Other companies where we are trialling products and services which we consider may improve our offering to customers and/or our business processes; and
7. Other third parties where you have given your express consent or where we reasonably believe a third party is acting on your behalf.
Whenever we share your personal information with third parties we will take all reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal information and your privacy rights.
Where we store your data
The data that you provide to us as set out above may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside of the European Economic Area (EEA) by us and/or by the carefully selected third parties we work with.
We and third parties we work with may use cloud platforms to store your personal information. A cloud is a network of remote servers hosted on the internet. We will, and our third parties will, only use cloud platforms which give adequate guarantees that your personal data is secure.
Where your data is held outside of the EEA, on a cloud or otherwise transferred, we will ensure this is only to a country which has been deemed adequate by a competent data protection regulator or where adequate protections have been put in place to safeguard the data (to the same standards as prescribed within the EEA). Your rights
We recognise that the personal information we hold about you belongs to you and it is right that you have control over that personal information. We have detailed below a summary of your legal rights.
You can:
Ask us to have access to, and for a copy of, the personal information we hold about you;
Request that we amend or delete your personal information;
Ask us to stop processing your personal data altogether or in a certain way;
Change your mind about how you have agreed we can use your personal information. If you have given us consent to use your personal information in a specific way you can withdraw it. This means that we will stop processing your personal data in the way you have objected to from the date that your permission is withdrawn;
Issue a complaint to the appropriate authority – see www.ico.org.uk for more information; and
Request that we transfer your personal information to another provider (this is known as data portability).
